What are your cleaning company's hours of operation?
Our teams of experts provide cleaning services 7 days a week, from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Our customer service team is available Monday through Friday, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., as well as evenings and weekends in case of emergency. Please note that you can book your cleaning service directly online at any time or contact us via our form. Do I need to be present during the cleaning service?

Commercial and residential cleaning service : inclusion, exclusions and extras
What is excluded from commercial and residential cleaning services?
In both residential and commercial cleaning, certain services are not included as standard or are simply not offered. However, several additional options are available to provide you with a customized cleaning service that meets your expectations and gives you a personalized experience.
Here is a short list of exclusions and extra cleaning services:
- Tidying up clothes, personal items, or dishes.
- Cleaning surfaces containing personal or valuable items (documents, jewelry, money, etc.).
- Washing oiled wood or polished concrete floors to avoid damage.
- Moving heavy furniture or appliances—with the exception of chairs and small stools.
- Laundry or clothing care. (Option available at an extra cost)
- Thorough washing of walls, windows, or blinds. (Option available at an extra cost)
- Deep cleaning the interior and tops of cabinets, drawers, wardrobes, and appliances (oven, microwave, refrigerator). (Option available at extra cost)

What is included in the commercial and residential cleaning service?
Each visit includes a thorough and careful cleaning of the rooms entrusted to us, with particular attention to detail.
Cleaning of bathrooms and powder rooms
- Cleaning of toilet sinks, bathtubs, and showers
- Polishing of mirrors and faucets
Kitchen cleaning
- Cleaning of all surfaces, including the exterior of appliances: stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, electric kettle, etc.
- Cleaning of visible accessories on countertops
General cleaning
- Dusting furniture and accessible surfaces
- Cleaning stains and fingerprints on cabinets, walls, doors, and frames
- Vacuuming (vacuum provided by the client) or sweeping, as well as washing floors
- Vacuuming armchairs, under cushions, and in all corners of each room

How is the price of residential or commercial cleaning services calculated?
The price of your cleaning service is calculated based on the information provided in your online quote.
Among the factors taken into account are:
- The number and type of rooms
- The size of the home or the building
- The number and age of occupants
- The frequency of cleaning services provided by Montclean™
The more you use our services, the more you save on the price of your cleaning services. This method, developed by our cleaning company, allows us to set a fair price for cleaning services that is tailored to each customer.
